Mr. Philip Reuben is an accomplished leader in oil and gas pipelines. He has practiced pipeline engineering as a licensed professional engineer since 1987 and is a proven project manager. Mr. Philip is a specialist on the topics of project management, pipeline hydraulics, pipeline construction, and operations optimization. In 2004, Philip created the firm of PHILIP REUBEN DIMITRIS PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION which provides project development, design, project management, project inspection, commissioning services, owner’s representation, litigation support and management consulting to the pipeline industry.

Mr. Michael Muller directs a statewide regulatory, technical, and field operations organization designed to emphasize the safe development of oil and natural gas, which includes: protecting public health and safety, environmental quality, and the reduction and mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions associated with the development of hydrocarbon and geothermal resources in a manner that meets the energy needs of the state. He also serves as a supervisor representative to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission and as a supervising board member of the Baldwin Hills Conservancy.
